Marché du Tchad

Terms of use

Rules for using the Marché platform

1. Acceptance

By using Marché du Tchad you accept these terms in full. The platform exists to make trusted local trade easier. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

2. Seller duties

Sellers confirm that listed goods are legal and theirs. They must describe items accurately and must not manipulate prices or defraud buyers. Repeated complaints may lead to a ban and forfeiture of wallet funds as compensation.

3. Buyer duties

Buyers must inspect the item at handover before confirming receipt in the app. After confirmation the buyer is considered satisfied and cannot reclaim funds through the platform.

4. Verification

Marché grants a verified badge to accounts that upload official ID. We recommend dealing with verified accounts if a dispute arises.

5. Amana escrow

With Amana the buyer pays Marché and we hold the funds until the item is received. The service has a fee both sides accept and is the safest way to trade.

6. Bans and violations

Staff may suspend or ban an account without prior notice for fraud, illegal ads under Chadian law, or evading platform commissions.
