We collect a phone number, optional email, location (to show nearby listings), and ID documents only when you request account verification.
2. How we use data
Data is used only to connect buyers and sellers, verify accounts, and send alerts about your deals and wallet. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Security
We encrypt your data. Payment details stay with approved payment providers and are not stored on our servers.
4. Location sharing
Sharing your location is optional and helps show nearby listings so delivery is cheaper and faster.
5. Account deletion
You may request permanent deletion from account settings. Personal data is then removed except financial records that the law requires us to keep for a period.
6. Automated AI review
To protect users from fraud and prohibited content, the text of new listings, reports and support tickets may be sent to an external AI provider (such as DeepSeek or Google Gemini) for automated analysis. Our team reviews every alert before acting on your account. Your private buyer–seller chats are not sent for this review unless we announce it in this policy first.
